End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Sundown Mods ("Licensor") for the mods, maps, and other digital products ("Licensed Product" or "Mod") you acquire from us.
BY PURCHASING, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE LICENSED PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT PURCHASE, DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE LICENSED PRODUCT.
1. Grant of License
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Licensed Product subject to the terms of this EULA.
1.1. You are permitted to:
Play: Install and use the Licensed Product for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control.
Create Content: Record videos, live stream, or create other content ("Content") featuring the Licensed Product, provided you attribute Sundown Mods and provide a link to our official website (www.sundownmods.com) in the description of your Content and an active link to this EULA.
Personal Use: Use the Licensed Product for any other personal, non-commercial use that is not explicitly prohibited below.
1.2. You are expressly prohibited from:
Distribution: Copying, redistributing, re-hosting, or making the Licensed Product available to others through any means, including but not limited to file-sharing networks, websites, forums, or physical media, under any pretext.
Commercial Exploitation: Selling, renting, leasing, licensing, sub-licensing, or otherwise monetizing the Licensed Product or any part of it.
Circumvention: Bypassing, disabling, or circumventing any copy protection or authentication technology used in connection with the Licensed Product; attempting to "crack" the archive or its encryption.
Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code, structure, or assets of the Licensed Product.
Modification: Altering, editing, modifying, or creating derivative works based on the Licensed Product, including but not limited to the map data, models, textures, scripts, and configuration files.
2. Version-Specific License & Updates
The license granted is valid only for the specific version of the game for which the Licensed Product was explicitly developed and released.
This license does not automatically extend to subsequent, updated, or different versions of the game (e.g., a map for Game Version 1.55 cannot be used in Game Version 1.56).
To use the Licensed Product in a new version of the game, you must purchase a new license for the version of the mod specifically compatible with that new game version.
Extended or upgrade licenses are not currently offered. Each version of a mod for a different game version is considered a separate product and requires a separate purchase.
3. Proof of License & Discount Policy
You must be able to provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt, transaction ID) from an official storefront upon request.
Any potential discount on a repeat purchase for a new game version is offered solely at the discretion of Sundown Mods and is subject to the following strict conditions:
- Valid proof of purchase for the previous version is provided.
- The discount is applied only to the same user account used for the original purchase.
- The discount is valid only on the same digital platform/storefront as the original purchase.
4. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Licensed Product (including, without limitation, all code, textures, models, maps, designs, and audio) are and will remain the exclusive property of Sundown Mods and its licensors.
The Licensed Product is protected by copyright laws and international treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and conventions. You agree to prevent any unauthorized copying of the Licensed Product.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Product and destroy all copies in your possession.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE LICENSED PRODUCT IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE LICENSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE LICENSED PRODUCT, EVEN IF THE LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any dispute arising from this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Russian Federation.
